We do not offer refunds for completed projects. A project is considered complete when:
For projects that have not been completed:
2.1. Cancellation Within 24 Hours
If you cancel within 24 hours of project initiation and no substantial work has begun, we will provide a full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
2.2. Project in Progress
If you cancel after work has begun but before completion, we will:
Calculate the percentage of work completed
Refund the remaining balance minus a 10% administrative fee
Provide all work completed up to the cancellation date
2.3. Project Milestones
For projects with defined milestones, refunds will be processed based on completed milestones
Completed milestones are non-refundable
Uncompleted milestones will be refunded minus a 10% administrative fee
3.1. To request a refund:
Submit a written refund request explaining the reason for cancellation
Include your project reference number and payment details
Allow 5-10 business days for review and processing
3.2. Refund Methods:
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
