Refund Policy

1. Completed Projects

We do not offer refunds for completed projects. A project is considered complete when:

  • The deliverables specified in the project scope have been provided
  • The client has received access to the requested data, automation tools, or other agreed-upon outputs
  • The final delivery has been made and acknowledged

2. Uncompleted Projects

For projects that have not been completed:

2.1. Cancellation Within 24 Hours

  • If you cancel within 24 hours of project initiation and no substantial work has begun, we will provide a full refund minus a 5% processing fee.

    2.2. Project in Progress

  • If you cancel after work has begun but before completion, we will:

    • Calculate the percentage of work completed

    • Refund the remaining balance minus a 10% administrative fee

    • Provide all work completed up to the cancellation date

      2.3. Project Milestones

  • For projects with defined milestones, refunds will be processed based on completed milestones

  • Completed milestones are non-refundable

  • Uncompleted milestones will be refunded minus a 10% administrative fee

3. Refund Process

3.1. To request a refund:

  • Submit a written refund request explaining the reason for cancellation

  • Include your project reference number and payment details

  • Allow 5-10 business days for review and processing

    3.2. Refund Methods:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider

4. Exceptions

We may make exceptions to this policy in cases of:

  • Technical inability to deliver the promised solution
  • Unforeseen circumstances preventing project completion
  • Clear miscommunication of project requirements from our side

5. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision:

  1. Contact our customer service team with detailed concerns
  2. Provide relevant documentation supporting your claim
  3. Allow 5 business days for review and response
